All sales are final. No Refunds will be provided, however because WE BELIEVE IN OUR PRODUCT we feel confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase. Elite Glory will gladly exchange only merchandise which has not been used or altered (brushed, combed, washed, co-washed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way. Requests must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s) by sending an email to eliteglory2012@gmail.com. Any exchange request after 3 business days will not be honored. Elite Glory does not refund shipping charges for returned orders. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the cost of returned orders and if it is determined that you do not meet the exchange criteria you are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the hair back to you. If it is determined you meet the exchange criteria, Elite Glory will cover the shipping cost to return the newly exchanged product back to you. 

There will be no exchange or refunds offered for hand sewn wigs, all sales are final.

Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. Elite Glory adheres to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resealable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

Elite Glory's hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, so we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our hair comes in straight, wavy, curly, kinky curly, and texturized straight patterns and the color will range between a natural brown to dark brown. Wavy and curly patterns are steamed to enhance the pattern. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

There may be times when the product you request is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. Elite Glory will keep you informed of any products that you request that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment and notify you as soon as they become available. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
